Julia Shu is a freelance producer and reporter in NYC. A graduate of NYU and UC Berkeley, she’s worked at On the Media, Metro US, and NPR’s Latino USA.

Julia is currently producing shows for Bustle, Audible, and TedX.

She’s also written for The Grist and authored a chapter on George Takei for an upcoming book from Asian Americans Advancing Justice.

She grew up in San Diego, CA.
